Tuition Adjustment

The Tuition Adjustment Program for Primary* - 8th grade students is designed to help families with a demonstrated financial need receive adjusted tuition, making a MAC education accessible to more students. Tuition adjustment amounts will be informed by Clarity, a third-party service often used by independent schools to securely collect and analyze family financial data. Families with new students applying to MAC and returning students re-enrolling in MAC’s Primary - 8th grade program are eligible to apply, there is a $60 application fee. *Students must be four-years old by October 1st to be eligible.

Key Dates:

January 6th, 2025: Clarity Tuition Adjustment application opens

January 20th, 2025 or January 27th, 2025:  Re-enrollment contracts sent to Integrated Kindergarten, Elementary and Middle School families

February 5th, 2025:  K-8 application deadline

February 14th, 2025:  All K-8 application materials due (transcripts, letters, etc.)

February 14th, 2025:  Clarity Tuition Adjustment application deadline

February 21st, 2025:  6th-8th grade families notified of admission decision as well as notification of Middle School Merit Scholarship and Tuition Assistance awards

February 28th, 2025:  Primary to 5th grade families notified of admission decision

February 28th, 2025:  Tuition Adjustment notification for Primary-8th grade

March 4th, 2025: 6th-8th grade families deadline for enrollment decision

March 10th, 2025:  Primary to 5th grade families deadline for enrollment decision
