Nido, Toddler, Primary Admissions Process

We are honored that you are considering us for your early childhood education needs which include our Nido, Toddler and Primary communities. Please see below how our admissions process works.

  1. Inquire about our school. You can fill out this form to provide basic information on your child and the timing you are considering and to schedule a tour.
  2. Come visit us! After you inquire, we will reach out to schedule a tour. During your tour, you will discover our history, learn about Montessori at MAC, explore our campus, and see our students and teachers in action. After your tour, we will give you an informational folder containing a paper application, and we will also email you an electronic copy. We look forward to meeting you!
  3. Submit an application! After your tour, our admissions team will invite you to submit an application. You will need to create an account if this is your first time filling out an application for MAC. There is an application fee of $100 collected before the application is submitted. Upon receiving your completed application and fee (one per child, please), we will add your child to our waitpool. While we would love to offer a spot to everyone in our waitpool, the number of applicants at MAC far exceeds our number of available spots; thus, submitting an application does not guarantee enrollment. As a Montessori school that maintains multi-age classrooms, we employ a waitpool instead of a waitlist that helps us create an optimal balance of age, gender, and schedule. A spot could become available at any time during the year as we have rolling admissions. We are happy to discuss our waitpool and anticipated openings in more detail during your tour.
  4. Stay Connected! We love to hear any updates on your timing, needs, and anything else you would like to share. Feel free to check in anytime on anticipated upcoming spots. You can also follow MAC on our Instagram and Facebook pages and expect to receive information from us, including invitations to MAC events.

Enrollment Information
If a spot becomes available, we will invite you to enroll your child. After completing the contract and submitting the fees, your child’s teacher will contact you to arrange an individual transition schedule. We are committed to setting up your child for success and have a thoughtful and intentional transition process. Depending on the community, that may include a home visit and transition week where the child is eased into the classroom setting, gradually increasing his/her time in the room each day, building up to a full day by the end of the first week. This gives the child, the family, and the class all time to positively adjust!
