After visiting MAC, the admissions team will invite you to submit an online application by creating an account on the FinalSite enrollment portal. If you already have a FinalSite enrollment account you may use those credentials to login. There is a $100 non-refundable application fee due by credit card at the time of application. 

The Nido and Toddler programs follow rolling admissions throughout a calendar year and employ a waitpool instead of a waitlist to support an optimal classroom balance. A spot could become available during the year and generally families are contacted 1-3 months in advance. We are happy to discuss our waitpool and anticipated openings in more detail during your tour.

Our Primary program (ages 3-6) follows a typical 9.5 month school year calendar as well as ACIS timelines. Admissions season opens on October 1. School year admissions decisions are communicated in February for the upcoming school year. MAC uses a waitpool for any midyear enrollment opportunities.

Following your visit to MAC, we will invite you to submit an online application. If you already have a FinalSite enrollment account you may use those credentials to login. There is no application fee to apply to Kindergarten-8th grade at MAC. After your application is received, families may view their admissions checklist to submit additional application materials.

Required Application Materials for 1st-8th Grade:

1. Complete the family essay
2. Two academic transcripts: one from current year and one from previous
3. IEP/academic support plan
4. Two letters of recommendation: one from a current teacher and one from a current or prior teacher
5. Prospective Student Day (student  interview, writing, and math assessment)

Interested in the 2027-2028 school year? Admissions season begins on October 1, 2026 and ACIS Admissions dates will be added once they are released. Families exploring future enrollment are invited to schedule a tour or RSVP for the Fall 2026 Open House (TBD). Enrollment notifications will be sent to applicants in Spring 2026 for Fall 2027 enrollment.
