School Mascot
We are the MAC Mountain Lions!
This is our first school year with an official Mascot, MAC Mountain Lions! Our Elementary students participated in an essay contest to select our school mascot, the best ideas were then put out to the MAC community for a vote and we have a winner! The mountain lion perfectly represents our identity as a fearless, forward community.
Mountain lions show a fearless, forward mindset because when on a hunt they take bold risks, just like the children here at MAC. We take bold risks every day through our learning. Also mountain lions teach their cubs how to be fearless just like the teachers teach us how to be fearless here at MAC.
