Primary Students Release Butterflies

Two of our Primary classrooms released their butterflies last week! The children have been watching the life cycle of these butterflies while learning about the four stages in the metamorphosis of butterflies: egg, larva, pupa, and adult. They saw a caterpillar turn to chrysalis to butterfly and then they took them to the park to release them into the wild! There was so much joy and excitement in the process but most of all, watching the butterflies fly free and land on the children!
