Jennine Friess
Our movement teacher, Devann, has done an incredible job this year engaging Upper School students in dynamic and skill-building units, including gymnastics, flag football, and soccer. Most recently, she has invited students to take the lead by designing and teaching units rooted in their own areas of expertise.
Upper Elementary students are currently learning karate, while Middle School students will soon begin a unit in traditional Mexican dance. This student-led approach builds confidence, leadership, and cultural appreciation while honoring student voice and choice in learning.
