Montessori Math-Stamp Game
The Primary students jumped right back into school last week and did all sorts of work, including the Stamp Game. The Stamp Game is an educational tool designed to teach mathematical concepts to young learners using the Montessori method. This hands-on activity helps children develop a concrete understanding of basic mathematical operations, including addition, subtraction, and eventually multiplication and division. The game typically includes a set of color-coded tiles (stamps) that represent quantities, allowing students to create and solve equations on paper. By physically manipulating the stamps, children engage in a tactile and visual learning experience that enhances their comprehension of mathematical principles.
