Community Commitment Statement

We provide an authentic Montessori educational experience at MAC, which at its core, is an experience rooted in acceptance, love and understanding. Diversity, equity and inclusion are a natural extension of the Montessori philosophy and we embrace the responsibility of cultivating peace and understanding in our learning environments.

Our diversity, equity and inclusion efforts create a more inclusive and equitable MAC community that affirms the identities of every individual with dignity and respect. We are committed to social justice and an anti-bias approach in our work with students, families, our staff and our surrounding community.

DEI ACTION PLAN

Our DEI action plan provides a guide for our ongoing work in fostering an inclusive environment at MAC. It is grouped into three major impact areas in which we have been and will continue to work to affect change.
